Abstrak

Knowledge Management (KM) is implemented in the company needs to be measured performance. One of the performance measurement method commonly used in the company or organization is a balanced scorecard (BSC). This final project aims to look at opportunities if the BSC can be used to measure performance in the company's KM. Limits the discussion is to measure performance using the BSC and not to the measurement results. BSC is used to measure company performance in this final task can be viewed as a system or organization. Therefore is a need to see equity firms and KM.

This can be done by forming an analogy between the KM and the company. To get an example of a company KM model applied in the real world, then the KM observation in PT. PLN (Persero) In the measurement of company performance using the BSC KM, KM strategic objectives down to operational level the key performance indicators (KPI). KPI is then used to measure performance KM. In the end that it can be concluded that the BSC has an opportunity to measure the performance KM with a few things, such as the use of qualitative KPI, determining the right candidate respondents, differences in the measurement object at the company's KM, by exploiting an supporter application use PHP and of Mysql.
